Foot massage

1. Take one teaspoon of olive oil.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of tea tree essentails oil to it.
3. Mix well.
4. Apply the oil on your feet and begin massaging the feet.
5. Start pressing the toes first.
6. Move on to the middle portion of the feet or the sole of the feet and press the skin using gentle pressure.
7. Do sliding motions to spread the oil and massage the feet.
8. Do so for seven_eight min.
9. Rinse the feet with lukewarm water and remove the excess oil using a wet tissue.
