Foot soak
1. Prepare some warm water in a tub or in a container in which you can place your feet.
2. The water should be up to the level that if it covers your feet entirely.
3. Now add two tablespoons of sea salt to the warm water.
4. Place your feet in the tub.
5. Soak the feet for 20 min..or until the water gets lukewarm.
6. Take out your feet from the tub but do not dry it up.
